Detailed Photo Package Descriptions
I. Essentials
For smaller weddings or brides who want limited coverage of the details leading up to the ceremony (e.g., bride and groom getting ready, first looks, letter reads, etc.). You still get basic documentary style coverage of the events of the day in addition to traditional bride and groom, wedding party, and immediate family portraits. Typically accomplished with a single shooter. With all packages, we provide timeline assistance in coordination with your wedding planner and work to ensure everything stays on-schedule on the day of your wedding.
II. Classic
Our most popular option, this provides the coverage you typically associate with a full wedding day shoot. Coverage of all of the little details that are lost in the blur of the moment like your flower girls and ring bearers getting ready, the bride and bridesmaids enjoying getting ready, all of the first looks (formal and informal.) Having 8 hours typically allows us to capture all of the big moments including the reception and send off.
III. Premium
Our premium package includes a 2nd photographer and extra time. Having an additional professional taking photos lets us literally be in two places at once. It also gives us lots of additional photos to consider for your gallery. This helps immensely with keeping everything with on-track and on time as we can divide and conquer when shooting wedding details, the bride and grooms wedding attendants, family portraits, venue details, first looks and dances, etc.
Final photo galleries will be delivered within 30 days of your ceremony. We will deliver a quick edit of 30-40 photos within 24 hours of your ceremony so that you can share them with family and friends or on social media. All edited photos will be delivered as high resolution files in our gallery software and available for you to download as part of the fees paid for your package. Additional products like framed prints, books, and traditional albums are also available from our gallery.
Video Package Details
Ceremony Capture
Great video starts with great audio. We go the extra mile to ensure that all of the key participants in your ceremony have their voices heard on your wedding film. When you relive your wedding by watching your video on anniversaries in the future, we want it to be a cinematic experience. We use 3 to 4 cameras at different angles to capture all the little details of your ceremony, making it feel like you are back in the moment. You can choose to have us only capture your ceremony or we can do it in addition to the work we do capturing the details of the day in a highlight reel as part of other packages.
Highlight Reel
Video is able to provide depth when telling a story that is difficult to achieve with photos alone. We love the challenge of combining the sights and sounds of the day, including dialogue from you and your guests into a video that lets you relive the entire day in just a few minutes. You can keep it for yourself or share it with special friends and family from our repository using links we will provide to our hosting site.
Additional Video Details
All of our videos are delivered in 4k resolution and are set to music of a genre you choose. In addition to the 5-8 minute reel, any video package will include at no additional charge a 45-60 second quick sneak peak video that we will deliver within 2 business days of your ceremony.
